Event Guides: publish and be brand(ed)
Event Guides are a new specialist publishing company for events an exhibitions. They needed a sparkling, fresh website, different enough to stand out in their crowded marketplace.
We went for a simple, bold yet subtle design, using the colour scheme to reflect the husband and wife ownership of the company. Alternating magazine photography gives the site a fresh feel, while the straightforward navigation makes it easy for potential clients to find what they need.
Also, despite the fact that the company had already printed their stationery, we somewhat cheekily presented alternative branding, which was readily accepted and adopted!
